Welcome to Gîte Chez Léa, a charming 70 m² holiday home ideally located in Saint-Seurin-de-Cadourne, in the heart of the Médoc, just minutes from the region's famous Bordeaux wine estates.



Designed to accommodate up to 4 guests, this cozy home features a comfortable living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Please note: the bedrooms are upstairs, while the bathroom is on the ground floor.



For a comfortable stay, the property offers high-speed Wi-Fi, a TV, and a washing machine. A baby cot is available on request, making it perfect for families with young children. Parking is easy and free: there is a private space on the property and free street parking. Pets are welcome (maximum 2).



To start your stay right, a continental breakfast is provided on your first morning: milk, tea, coffee, sugar, butter, jam, chocolate spread, pancakes, cake, muffins, and pain au chocolat. Please note: air conditioning is not available, and smoking or hosting events is not allowed. Upon departure, please empty the bins and remove the bed linens.



Located on the famous Médoc wine route, Gîte Chez Léa is the perfect base for exploring Bordeaux’s vineyards, the typical villages of Gironde, and the natural landscapes along the Gironde estuary.
