Tolle Wohnung mit kleinen Mängeln

Es ist eine tolle großzügige FeWo mit kleineren Abnutzungserscheinungen: die Stühle des Esstisches sind inzwischen sehr wackelig und sollten mal ausgetauscht werden, die Betten quietschen bei der kleinsten Bewegung. Die Pfannen sind allesamt unbrauchbar. Darüber hinaus ist die Wohnung sehr gut ausgestattet und bis auf eine fremde Socke unter dem Bett und vergessenem Staub auf den Oberflächen, bspw. Dem Tv-Bord, sauber und ordentlich. Daher gab es hier kleine Punktabzüge. Ach ja, uns war durchgerutscht, dass es kein WLan gibt, der Empfang üblicher Netzanbieter ist auch eher schlecht. Dafür sind viele Bücher vorhanden.
