For hiking and nature lovers, the property has direct access to a hiking trail that leads through the Midland Forest, one of the largest contiguous deciduous forest areas in Northern Europe with unique plants and animals. Discover the coastal towns, find your favorite beach and experience the best conditions for water sports such as kiting or windsurfing on the west coast. Borgholm is also not far away, where you can admire the ruins of Borgholm Castle and Solliden Castle. Kalmar is also a great excursion destination.
