Our 65-square-meter apartment has been newly renovated and furnished as a cosy and modern holiday rental.
It is located on the 3rd floor of a quiet and pleasant apartment building.
Our fully equipped apartment will be available starting in mid-August 2023.
Free parking is available in front of the building and on the surrounding streets. Bicycles can be parked and locked in the courtyard.
Nearby, you’ll find shopping options for daily needs, including a Rewe supermarket, a bakery, a chemist, a pharmacy, ATMs, and several snack bars.
Public transport connections are excellent; the stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and the city centre can be reached in about 10 minutes by tram. Nordpark, including the Nordbad swimming pool and Helios Clinic, is also easily accessible on foot.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT:
It features a separate, fully equipped kitchen with seating (dishwasher included), a living room with a sleeper sofa, a bedroom with a double bed (180 cm x 200 cm), and an en suite bathroom (with a washing machine). The windows in the bedroom, living room, and kitchen can be blacked out.
Our guests have access to all areas; every cabinet, drawer, and chest of drawers is accessible and may be used. This does not infringe on anyone’s privacy.
The kitchen is stocked with basic supplies for “snacks,” and coffee and tea are provided upon arrival.
The bathroom also includes “emergency toothbrushes” and some personal care items.
We’ve already had very satisfied “test guests” stay in our apartment, and we’re grateful for any suggestions on how to improve the apartment’s amenities.
We ask for honesty if something happens to break or get damaged.

The minimum stay for the apartment is two nights.
