Welcome to the "Sauerlandrefugium I" holiday apartment in Medebach, Oberschledorn, North Rhine-Westphalia. This spacious 120 m² apartment and its 30 m² terrace offer plenty of room for a relaxing stay. There are two bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed, reading lamp, and wardrobe; the other with a double bed, nightstands, reading lamps, and wardrobe.



The open-plan living and kitchen area features a flat-screen TV and radio. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and other essentials. Two comfortable bathrooms are available—one with a wellness bathtub and shower, the other with a shower. An infrared sauna provides extra relaxation.



Free Wi-Fi is included. Private parking is available at the property. The large terrace lets you enjoy nature year-round in one of Medebach’s most beautiful landscapes. Modern amenities and thoughtful design make this apartment a perfect retreat in the Sauerland. Towels and bed linen are provided.



Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. The step-free interior ensures easy access. An EV charging station is available. Waste separation guidelines will be explained on site. Water-saving features have been integrated.

Top-Wohnung mit tollem Ausblick und perfekter Ausstattung

Pros: Hier passt einfach alles! Große, helle Räume, schicke Bäder, riesiger Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick in die Umgebung. Aus dem Haus heraus und direkt im Wald !!!

Wohnung in bester Hanglage im Sauerland

Pros: Großzügiger Zuschnitt der Wohnung, vor allem die 2 Bäder waren sehr praktisch! Auch ist der Wald direkt nebenan. So konnten wir einfach loswandern. Der Blick aus den Fenstern war ebenfalls schön. Wir haben Richtung Bachlauf einen Habicht beobachten können.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung, top ausgestattet in ruhiger Lage.

Pros: Die etwas abgelegene ruhige Lage, aber trotzdem die zentrale Lage zu den sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung. Sehr nette Vermieter, die Ausstattung der Wohnung war sehr gut, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Uns hat der Aufenhalt sehr gut gefallen, wir kommen gerne wieder.
