Nice home in Sveti Lovrec

Villa Pakich is a traditional Istrian stone house with swimming pool, built in 1920 and completely renovated in 2010.

It is located on the edge of the village Orbani, 2.5 km from the picturesque town Sveti Lovrec where we find a shop, pizzeria, coffee bars, ATM and other facilities. The famous tourist town Porec is 16.5 km from Orbani away.

The holiday home has a fully fenced yard of 500 sqm in which guests have at their disposal a swimming pool of 24 sqm with 4 deck chairs, a covered terrace with seating set and a summer kitchen with barbecue and dining table.

Villa with pool with a capacity of 4 people of 100 sqm on two floors. It consists of a ground floor where we find an equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with SAT-TV and one separate toilet.

On the first floor of the house there are two double rooms with double beds and a shared shower/toilet with access from both rooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Das Haus hat tolles Flair. Leider war niemand beim checkin vor Ort. Der Schlüssel steckte innen, was erst eine Nachbarin in Erfahrung gebracht hat. In den beiden Wochen haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man muss die Einsamkeit in Orbani mögen, der nächste Ort ist 2,5 km entfernt. Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig aufgehoben.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und genau wie auf den Bilder zu sehen.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und genau wie auf den Bilder zu sehen. Auch unsere zwei Hunde hatten eine super Zeit. Der Zaun ist auf jeden Fall hundesicher. Leider war die angegeben Waschmaschine nicht benutzbar, da die Tür fehlte. Außerdem mussten wir für warmes Wasser erst noch einen Schalter in einem der Schlafzimmer betätigen. Die Umgebung war schön, wenn man auf den Land wohnen wollte. Da wir ein Auto hatten alles kein Problem und perfekt für unsere Hunde. Alles in allem war es super und wir hatten einen klasse Urlaub.

Villa Pakich ist eine wunderschöne, liebevoll eingerichtete Unterkunft in der Nähe von Sveti Lovrec. Die Bilder entsprechen vollumfänglich der Realität, die sogar noch ein wenig besser ist. Man merkt, dass der Eigentümer die Wohnung auch selbst nutzt und entsprechend es auch eine sehr gute Ausstattung gibt, die über das übliche hinausgeht. Check-In und Check-Out absolut problemlos, Kontakt zum Vermieter bei Bedarf jederzeit möglich, aber eben nicht aufdringlich. Die Villa selbst liegt in einer kleinen Urbanisation im Landesinneren. Sehr ruhig und entsprechend auch abgelegen. Für uns optimal, wenn aber "Trubel" und "Strand" im Fokus stehen, vielleicht nicht optimal. Aber um 2 Wochen Ruhe und Entspannung zu haben, einen guten Ausgangspunkt zum Erkunden von Istrien zu haben, optimal. Porec als nächst grössere Stadt sind ca. 15-20 Min. mit dem Auto, der nächste Supermarkt in Sveti Lovrec ca. 5 Minuten. Ebenso ist das Meer mit dem Auto in 20 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Ich kann das Haus jedem empfehlen, der einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub in einem wirklich wunderschönen Haus verbringen will und alle Annehmlichkeiten (privater Pool, großzügige Aussenanlage, etc.) nicht missen will. Kleiner Tipp für eine kleine, aber ausgezeichnete Konoba in der Nähe: Tomaževa konoba Family agritourism. Vielen Dank an Kristjan und Tena als tolle Gastgeber...gerne jederzeit wieder.

Das Haus war super schön und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man kann vom Haus aus schnell in die nächste Stadt fahren oder gehen wo man alles fürs tägliche Leben braucht. Es müsste nur das eine oder andere Leuchtmittel erneuert werden. Leider fehlte auch Brennholz für den Kamin um ihn zu benutzen. Schade, dass das Wetter nicht mitspielte und wir den Pool nicht nutzen konnten. Vielleicht kommen wir ja noch mal im Sommer.
