Casa San Cassiano is a beautiful one-storey house (semi-detached) on the outskirts of the village Musalez only 3,5 km from Porec and 4,5 km from the sea.
The holiday home is surrounded with fields and has an enclosed property with swimming pool, well-kept lawn, terrace with table and chairs for dining outside and barbecue.

Casa San Cassiano of 50 sqm consists of a living room with equipped kitchen, dining table and sofa, an air-conditioned bedroom with double bed and extra bed, a shower/toilet. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.

Nettes kleines Haus mit sehr gepflegtem Garten und Pool. Das Meer ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar wie auch Porec oder Rovinj! Ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub zu zweit mit Hund!

Wir waren Ende Juli / August 2023 für 3 Wochen Gäste 2 Erwachsene, 1 Kind 4 Jahre & Chihuahua . Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Villa Casa San Cassiano. Wir sind jetzt das 7 mal in Kroatien in dieser Region und die Lage des Hauses ist top man kommt sehr schnell nach porec und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Meer . Das Haus war sehr sauber bei der Ankunft und die Außenanlage und Pool war sehr gepflegt einfach traumhaft . Die Übergabe war reibungslos und die Besitzer sehr freundlich und der Kontaktaustausch wunderbar / 1 mal die Woche wurde der Pool gereinigt und der Rasen gemäht. Uns wurde auch angeboten dass ,das Haus geputzt wird wenn man das möchte .Man hat komplett seine Ruhe und kann den Urlaub bestens genießen . Wir wären gerne nächstes Jahr wieder gekommen aber da waren wir zu spät mit dem buchen . Wir empfehlen das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter. Und hoffen bald wieder Gäste sein zu können .
