Casa Atilio and Ana is a charming old Istrian stone house in the quiet village of Smolici, just 19 kilometres from Porec and its beautiful beaches. This delightful retreat offers a lovely garden with a swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on warm days. Enjoy an al fresco meal on the covered terrace, which is equipped with a brick barbecue and sink for preparing meals, or relax with a drink on the rattan furniture, which is ideal for unwinding with a good book. The holiday home is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. The first floor is divided into two parts: the first with two bedrooms (one with two single beds, the other with a double bed) and a bathroom/WC; the second part has two double bedrooms with a shared shower/WC. During your stay, explore nearby Porec and the breathtaking Basilica of Euphrasia, a masterpiece from the 6th century. Porec, rich in cultural heritage, invites you to travel back in time within its ancient city walls. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of persons aged 26 years or younger.

Die Vermieter waren ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wann immer wir etwas brauchten, standen sie uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Ansonsten waren sie aber sehr diskret - was wir sehr schätzten. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Unser besonderes Highlight war die Outdoor Küche mit Grill. Kühlschrank und Wasseranschluss inklusive. Traumhaft! Der Pool war sauber, aber leider etwas zu kalt. Einziges Manko (wofür die Vermieter absolut nichts können): ein Nachbarshund bellte jede Nacht stundenlang durch und raubte uns damit den Schlaf. Trotz Ohropax konnten wir keine Nacht durchschlafen. Das minderte leider den Erholungsfaktor, der ansonsten unbedingt gegeben gewesen wäre. Denn der Ort ist schön ruhig (was wir suchten). Aber wie gesagt, dafür können die sehr freundlichen und bemühten Vermieter nichts.
