This modern 55 m² apartment in Friedrichskoog welcomes up to 4 guests—perfect for 2 adults and 2 children. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and high-quality mattresses, and a children's room with a bunk bed. The apartment features a modern bathroom and a bright, open, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, and coffee machine. Dishes, cutlery, and pots are provided. Amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), TV with free streaming service, baby cot, high chair, as well as shared toys and books for children.

Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed. A private washing machine and dryer are located in the garage of a nearby holiday home (about 200 m away) and can be used for an extra fee.



The apartment is directly opposite a mother-child clinic—ideal for clinic visitors. The main access to the dike is just steps away, bringing you close to the sea. Public transport is easily accessible. Nearby, you'll find mini golf, playgrounds, a bakery, restaurants, tourist information, and bike rental. The seal sanctuary, Büsum, St. Peter-Ording, and Hamburg can be reached by car in about an hour.



Since December 2025, the dike has reopened. Enjoy unobstructed views of the Wadden Sea during a walk. The Trischendeich is expected to open in spring 2026. The dike and spa park have been modernized and now shine in new splendor. Be among the first guests.

Tolle Lage schönes Ambiente.

Pros: Die Lage ist super, die Wohnung ist sauber und schön eingerichtet, es mangelt eigentlich an nichts zumindest für unser Wochenende. Cons: Der einzige Punkt war die fast leere Zewa Rolle, für die es in der Wohnung auch keinen findbaren Ersatz gab.

Gemütlich und super sauber

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und wir haben uns direkt wie "zu Haus" gefühlt. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Das Highlight war der Kaffeevollautomat und der Soda Stream. Es war super sauber und roch nach frischer Wäsche. Die Lage ist perfekt: direkt am Deich, am Spielplatz, an Restaurants und direkt neben der Haustür befindet sich ein Bäcker. Die Betten sind gemütlich und wir haben gut geschlafen. Vielen Dank an die Gastgeber. Ich würde gerne noch mehr Sterne geben! Top!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung.

Pros: Die schön eingerichtete Wohnung lädt auch zum Verweilen ein. Es mangelte an Nichts.Sauber ,ordentlich und gepflegt. Wer gerne mal kochen mag ,hat alles was man braucht , nichts zusammengewürfelt , einfach nur gut. Cons: Leider war es uns in Friedrichskoog Spitze etwas zu ruhig , Lokale fast gleichzeitig zu , wenn man Essen gehen möchte , braucht man dann halt das Auto. Wegen der Deichbauarbeiten sind andere Badestellen anzufahren, was wir aber nicht negativ auf diese schöne Wohnung bewerten.

Eine moderne, saubere und komplett ausgestattete Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir reisen viel als Familie und kennen bereits einige gute Unterkünfte, aber so eine toll ausgestattete Wohnung hatten wir noch nie. Ich habe immer einen kleinen Picknickrucksack mit den nötigsten Sachen (Spülmittel, -lappen, Kaffeepulver, Öl, Salz etc.) dabei. Diesmal habe ich ihn gar nicht gebraucht. Es war alles vorhanden und auch sauber. So fühlt man sich im Urlaub richtig wohl. Cons: Es gibt nichts zu meckern.
