The house accommodates up to 8 guests and features three bedrooms: two with double beds and a third with a double bed and bunk bed. One bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. Guests also enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, a private garden and a beautiful sea-view terrace — one of the highlights of the house.

Its central location makes exploring Ayvalık exceptionally easy. The waterfront, cafés, restaurants, local shops, historic stone streets and cultural attractions are all within walking distance. The beaches are approximately a 10-minute drive away, while Cunda Island is also easily accessible.

Please note that SarıKöşk is an authentic restored historic property rather than a newly built modern villa. Its original architecture includes several staircases, so it may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. Vehicle access in the narrow historic streets is restricted; a convenient drop-off point is approximately 200 meters away, with private paid parking available nearby.

As a protected historic property, barbecues are not permitted anywhere on the premises, including the garden.
