This beautiful, bright, and spacious duplex apartment, “Zum weißen Sand,” features 3 balconies and is located just about 90 m from the beach. A highlight of this spacious duplex apartment is its private entrance via an outdoor staircase. Your holiday home spans a total living area of approximately 60 square metres across two levels. Two separate bedrooms offer plenty of space for a family of four. The lower living area features a comfortable couch with two leather armchairs, as well as a modern built-in kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired: a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and ceramic cooktop are all provided. Here you’ll also find a charming bedroom for the children with a large closet, as well as the shower room with natural light and a washing machine for small loads of laundry.
A beautiful wooden staircase leads to the upper level of the apartment. Here you’ll find another stylish bedroom with plenty of skylights and an outdoor loggia offering a view of the starry sky.
The apartment’s location—just a short walk to the beach through the adjacent coastal forest (illuminated in the evenings)—rounds out your perfect holiday. The modern “Antonia” apartment building is situated in an idyllic location in the Baltic Sea resort town of Rerik on Strandstraße, a beautiful tree-lined avenue with old trees and plenty of greenery. The floor-to-ceiling windows ensure plenty of natural light, even during the winter months. During the summer months, three very beautiful balconies are available.

From Hamburg: Take the A1 towards Lübeck, then the A20 towards Rostock; take the Wismar/B105 exit and follow signs towards Neubukow; in Neubukow, take the turnoff towards Rerik.
