Das Komfortable Ferienhaus " Strandgut" Liegt Sehr Romantisch auf Einem ca. 600 m² Großen Grundstück und bis zur Ostsee Sind es Auch nur ca. 650 m

The property is located in a quiet, out-of-the-way area. The ground-floor apartment features a beautiful terrace and garden with a view of the greenery.
The tastefully furnished holiday rental includes a spacious living room with an adjoining open kitchen (including a stove and dishwasher) as well as a dining area for 6 people. The cosy living area features a couch that can also be used as a sleeping area for one person.
One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has two single beds.
The spacious bathroom is equipped with a tub, washing machine, and shower. Wi-Fi is available to guests free of charge.
A quick note for our guests:
Bed linens & towels are not included but can be booked for an additional fee.
Update: Unfortunately, the stairs along the cliffs have been temporarily closed by the municipality for safety reasons. The main staircase remains freely accessible. Enjoy the close proximity to the beach and the mystical Ghost Forest—a paradise for walks, photography, and romantic sunsets. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the charming spa town of Bad Doberan—with its cathedral, summer toboggan run, and spa museum—offer a variety of day-trip destinations in the surrounding area.
The 3-km-long natural beach at Nienhagen and the picturesque cliffs are just a few minutes’ walk away. This Baltic Sea resort has been awarded the “Blue Flag” multiple times for its excellent water quality.
Getting here is easy:


From Berlin: A19 → Rostock interchange → A20 towards Lübeck → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.


From Hamburg: A1 → A20 towards Rostock → Exit 13 Bad Doberan/Schwaan → Bad Doberan → Warnemünde → Rethwisch → Ostseebad Nienhagen.

Im großen und ganzen haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. An der Sauberkeit muss unbedingt gearbeitet werden, die Dusche( welche wohl auch gleichzeitig eine Sauna war) hat uns gleich am ersten Tag abgeschreckt. Es waren große schwarze Flecken an den Abdichtungen, Schimmel?????Der Raum mit der Waschmaschine gleichte einer Rumpelkammer, die Möbel sowie die Gartenmöbel sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Das kleine Gartenhaus konnte man gar nicht betreten, alles eingestaubt sowie voller Spinnweben. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und die Wohngegend sehr schön ruhig.

Schöner Urlaub

Aufenthalt war schön, leider war das Haus zu Beginn sehr schmutzig und hat stark nach Rauch gerochen. Die Umgebung und Lage ist toll.
