Facilities also include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, tumble dryer, TV with DVD player, children's books and toys. A baby cot and high chair are also available.

The property has access to a shared outdoor area which includes a playground and a 19-hectare garden with 2 pavilions where you can relax in the evening (one pavilion is situated directly on the Gerdau river).
