On foot to the ski jump Spacejet (350m) and apres-ski as a central entry point into the skiing pleasure of the Snowspace Flachau in the Salzburg Sportwelt Amade. The holiday home is furnished in a modern style and has everything to offer unlimited summer and winter fun. The swimming lake in Reitdorf and the popular 'Enns-Radweg' hiking and walking trails, as well as a sauna and spa bath, the 'Solothermic Amade' and the summer toboggan run Lucky Flitzer are in the immediate vicinity. The house has a garden with terrace on the south, cozy living room and a separate fully equipped kitchen and at the entrance a toilet. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (2 with balcony). The house has 2 bathrooms: on the first floor one with bathroom, shower and toilet and upstairs one with shower and toilet. Bed linen and towels are provided. There is a separate ski / storage room with a ski rack. The parking lot consists of 1 covered & 1 uncovered parking space.
A car is not necessary. Everything is within walking distance, ski lift at 350m, supermarket at 150m and apres ski at 350m

Very good chalet. Well equipped. Cozy and warm. Slightly outside of the village centre and walking distance to the gondola (approx 20 mins). Nearest chairlift 10 mins walk. Overall very nice place but possibly slightly overpriced for the location

Von Ankunft bis zur Abreise lief alles super. Frau Eberl hat uns sehr lieb empfangen, das Haus bietet alles was man braucht und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein.

Sehr nette/r Gastgeber/in. Bei der Buchung sehr zuvorkommend.Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, gut und modern ausgestattet. Preis / Leistung passt!!! Sehr ruhig gelegen in der Nähe von den Liftanlagen. Wir sind allerdings immer mit dem Auto zur Gondel gefahren. Sehr bequem und es gibt eigentlich genug Parkplätze am Lift.kleiner Kritikpunkt:Der Holzboden knartscht in der oberen Etage bei jedem Schritt recht laut. Man sollte sich überlegenen, nachts auf die Toilette zu gehen, da jeder Andere davon wach wird.Ansonsten hat es uns sehr gut gefallen

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, ausreichend Platz, Alles vorhanden worauf wir Wert legen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, fußläufig ist der Lift zu erreichen. Die Nachbarin war stets eine gute Ansprechpartnerin für Fragen und Tipps.

Schmuckkästchen

Schönes Feriendomizil, umringt von einer schönen Landschaft. Von aussen sieht das Haus schon ein wenig eng aus, aber im Inneren hat man auf 3 Etagen genug Platz für eine große Familie. Von hieraus ist man schnell in Salzburg, Villach, Zell am See und der Dachstein ist praktisch vor der 'Nase'. Sehr nette Nachbarn runden das Bild ab. Hier fühlt man sich wohl und der Urlaub kann kommen. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in dem schönen Reihenhaus. Es fehlte an nichts, vor allem auch nicht in der Küche. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Umgebung gibt es für jede Wetterlage und jede Altersklasse etwas zu unternehmen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Zeer compleet en erg gastvrij

Het huis is echt ongelooflijk ruim. Woonkamer en keuken bieden ruimte voor grotere gezelschappen die spelletjes willen doen of leze of netflixen. Iedereen zijn ding en niet bij elkaar op de lip.

Schöne 7 Tage direkt im Skigebiet

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche, die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und bietet genügend Platz. Zu Fuß sind es nur wenige Minuten zu dem Skilift. Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Alles wunderbar!

Wir waren sehr happy mit dem Haus. Mit 6 Personen hatten wir viel Platz und allen Komfort den wir brauchten. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Abende konnten wir im gemütlichen Wohnzimmer gemeinsam ausklingen lassen. Bis zum Skilift sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten. Ein echter Traum! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Fijn verblijf wintersport Flachau

Heerlijk, zeer compleet en schone accommodatie waar we met 6 personen alle ruimte hadden. Vlakbij skilift en voor restaurants 30 minuten lopen of paar minuten met taxi. Komen graag nog een keer terug.

Hartelijk dank voor deze recensie. De dampkessel heerlijk eten 5 min en pizzeria Weinstadl ook 7 min. Rest inderdaad heel gemakkelijk met de taxi die ook in onze woonerf zit.

Empfehlenswertes Ferienhaus

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und uns sehr wohl in dem Ferienhaus gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und bietet mehr als genügend Platz für eine fünfköpfige Familie. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein kleiner Einkaufsmarkt ist gut zu Fuß in einigen Minuten zu erreichen und es gibt sehr viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Vielen Dank an die nette Nachbarin für das problemlose Ein- und Auschecken.

Heerlijk Oostenrijk 🇦🇹

Een hele fijne vakantiewoning van alle gemakken voorzien nabij Flachau. Supermarkt op loopafstand (Penny). De woning is comfortabel en ideaal voor gezinnen. 2 badkamers is ideaal. Communicatie met verhuurder was prima (via vrbo of mail). Oostenrijk is een heerlijk en gevarieerd vakantieland. Wie weet tot ziens.
