In diesem Haus sind auch Hunde willkommen. Es liegt etwas außerhalb von Morsum und man ist direkt an Feldern und in ca 10 Minuten am Deich, ideal für Hunde. Besonders erwähnenswert für Hundebesitzer, in Morsum wird an Sylvester wirklich nicht geknallt. Der Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Der Garten ist groß, aber nach hinten heraus offen. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und ist mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestattet.
