John's place was very clean and historically interesting, locate within steps of the river. John went our of the way to make our stay pleasant. He even helped to find good places to eat

This property is perfect for people who enjoy a vintage or antique atmosphere. The house is lovingly filled with interesting and carefully preserved pieces that make the place so cozy. The beds are covered in soft linens and comfy pillows. The building was constructed with hand-hewn beams and authentic wooden floors. The windows look out onto lovely trees and gardens with a short walk to the Cottonwood River. Everything was spotlessly clean The hosts were very personable and accommodating. They even left a congratulatory note and pretty flower arrangement for our anniversary. Very close to downtown and eating.
