The owners have put a great deal of attention to detail into this place to ensure you have an especially wonderful time on your favourite island.<br><br>The stylish and incredibly easy-to-use gas fireplace is, of course, a highlight, as is your fully glass-enclosed sauna in the XXL wellness bathroom, which promises pure relaxation. You’re sure to quickly appreciate your own little garden as well as the central yet secluded location. Everything is within easy walking distance from here—whether you’re looking for breakfast pastries, restaurants, the city centre/pedestrian zone, or the beach with its beautiful sea.<br><br>Perhaps your holiday home should have been more aptly named “Maxi-Hus.” But as is well known, we up north love a bit of understatement… :-)<br><br>Floor plan:<br><br>A luxurious, spacious section of a house in a central yet secluded location in Westerland. Approx. 100 square metres of living space across the ground floor, basement, and upper floor, accommodating 4 people. <br><br>Ground Floor: Stylishly designed living and dining area with a gas fireplace (controlled by remote). Fully equipped with Wi-Fi, a sound dock, and a smart TV. Fully equipped luxury kitchen, visually integrated into the living area, featuring a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. Sunny west-facing terrace with a small garden, high-quality patio furniture, and a beach chair (available year-round). Guest bathroom in the small entryway.<br><br>First Floor: Very beautiful master bedroom with a high-quality box-spring bed, sitting area, and smart TV. Adjacent to it is a very spacious, comfortable bathroom with a bathtub, shower, and sink.<br><br>Basement: In the basement, you’ll find a bright, elegantly decorated room with a box-spring bed, Smart TV, and floor-to-ceiling windows. Wellness bathroom with a glass-enclosed sauna, shower, and sink.<br><br><br>A parking space is, of course, available right at the house.<br><br>Welcome to Lille Hus!
