Pet friendly home in Svetvincenat

Elegance, luxury and pure enjoyment - you will be overwhelmed by Villa Rajana at first sight. This family vacation home in central Istria will seduce even the most demanding guests, whether you are traveling as a larger group or family. You will find yourself in a small village, hidden from the hustle and bustle of summer tourism.

The villa has a total of 7 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people. As all (except one) have their own bathroom, there is no unwanted crowding in the morning. On the first floor there is a large and fully equipped kitchen with a dining table for all members of the house and a spacious living room with a luxurious sofa, fireplace and satellite TV. As you have a PlayStation 4 at your disposal, we hope you won't spend too much time with joystick in hand :)

There are also two further bedrooms with double beds, a children's room with bunk beds and a guest WC.

Upstairs are the remaining 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a lovely terrace for socializing.

In addition to a private pool, the villa also includes a handful of accompanying amenities for active vacations and children's delights, so that everyone will find something to enjoy.

You will be full of expectations and Villa Rajana will fulfill all your dreams. Nevertheless, pictures speak more than 1000 words - so just scroll and see for yourself.Villa Rajana is located in the small medieval jewel of Svetvincenat in south-central Istria. It will enchant you with its unique Renaissance 'Placa', one of the best preserved examples of Venetian architecture in Istria and beyond, as well as the highly prized remains of ancient frescoes. Surrounded by forests, pastures and vineyards, this area invites all nature lovers and gourmets to take an extensive tour.

Located halfway between Pazin and Pula, we heartily recommend you to visit some of the most beautiful Istrian towns, such as romantic Rovinj and Porec, historic Pula, magical artistic towns Motovun and Groznjan and the only national park in Istria: Brijuni.

Mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und alles vorhanden was man benötigt.Ideal für große Familien oder FreundesgruppenMatratzen könnten mal erneuert und passend zur Bettgröße ausgetauscht werden. Unterkunft liegt außerhalb, daher ist es sinnvoll ein Auto zu haben. Würden jederzeit wieder in die Villa Rajana zum Urlaub machen fahren :)

Verbrachten heuer im Juni mit 4 Familien (8Erw/8Ki) in der Villa Rajana unseren Urlaub! Es fehlte uns im Haus an nichts! Die Küche war top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht! Großzügige Schlafzimmer mit seperatem Bad! Der große Pool war das Highlight für uns alle! Einziges Manko- die Poolheizung ist relativ oft ausgefallen, wobei nach einem Anruf bei unserem Vermieter/Vermittler immer ein Servicetechniker kam! Nach Vodnjan zum Bäcker/Geschäfte sind es mit dem Auto fünf Minuten! Ein sehr schönes, gemütliches Haus!
