Enjoy the tranquility of the mountains (in summer also the pleasant coolness during the day, but especially at night) at an altitude of 1500 meters, hike to the numerous huts and excursion destinations on the Gerlitzen or relax in the hotel's indoor pool.
Accommodation near Kanzelbahn, ski slope accessible via ski path, cross-country ski run near apartment house, gastronomy in the Edelweiß house (5 minutes on foot), parking in front of the house, lift to 5. Floor, ski storage room, ski boot room. Coin operated washer and dryer on the ground floor.
Modern furnishings mostly made of solid wood, flat screen TV, DVD player, CD radio with MP3 connection, new fitted kitchen in L format with oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, large freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine etc. for self-catering. New bathroom with spacious shower, wardrobe with shoe cabinet. Large loggia (11sqm) over living room and bedroom with a fabulous panoramic view.
Next grocery store in Treffen about 10 km.

A very well equipped apartment which met all our needs for a weeks stay. There were five of us and we were quite comfortable in this well furnished space. The block was quiet and plenty of parking. As we were skiing we were on the slopes most days and dining in, in the evening. The kitchen had all the appliances you could require with the bonus of a dishwasher. Very helpful to have toilet rolls bin liners etc. A lovely balcony with such glorious views. We enjoyed the swimming pool most days. A short walk to the ski lifts and ski hire. Excellent communication with the owners who answered all queries promptly. We would definitely visit again and recommend this property to others.

We had a great week at Kanzelhöhe. The apartment is relatively small for five persons, but it is fully equipped. The owners have made sure that anything you might ever need is available and they were always available for information. The apartment has a very personal touch to it. The view of Villach from the balcony is astonishing, as is the trip from the valley up to Kanzelhöhe. We also enjoyed the pool. Many thanks!

Die Fewo ist sehr sauber und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Blick vom Balkon ist phänomenal. Bewohner und Personal im Apartmenthaus sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Umgebung lädt zu vielseitigen Ausflügen ein. Wir können nur weiterempfehlen.

Tolle Unterkunft

Schöne, saubere Unterkunft in der Nähe der Kanzelhöhe - zu Fuß max. 15 Minuten. Großes, gut gepflegtes Pool im Erdgeschoss des Gebäudes. Einzig Check-In und Check-Out sind etwas umständlich, da der Schlüssel per Post verschickt wird.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub mit vier Personen in einem bestens ausgestatteten Appartement mit tollem Ausblick. Das Appartementhaus ist sehr sauber und gut organisiert, der Pool ist ein Highlight. Die Lage in der Nähe der Mittelstation ist gerade für Skifahrer ideal.

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist schön und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Es fehlt an nichts. Besonders angenehm ist das Schwimmbad, was auf jeden Fall einen Mehrwert darstellt. Was wir ein wenig unterschätzt haben ist die exponierte Lage auf 1500m Höhe. Mal eben Brötchen holen funktioniert nicht. Für einen Skiurlaub ist die Lage natürlich super. Wir können die Ferienwohnung guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen. Der Ausblick am Morgen und in den Abendstunden ist atemberaubend.

Perfekt umsorgt

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und die Aussicht traumhaft. Der Gastgeber hat alles vorbereitet, um uns einen perfekten und unvergesslichen Urlaub zu bescheren. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Ich kann die Wohnung für einen Urlaub uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.

Alles was man braucht

Ein rund um gelungener Urlaub. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Angefangen bei Geschirr, über Alufolie bis hin zu (sogar) Aufbewahrungsdose. Der Blick ins Tal ist unglaublich. Einziges Manko für unseren 10 Monate alten Sohn war das Badeverbot. Kinder dürfen erdt ab 3 Jahre in das Hallenbad.

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist wie im Titel bereits erwähnt sehr schön und sauber. Was uns aber besonders beeindruckt hat war allerdings das es in der Wohnung an nichts gefehlt hat. Von genügend Toilettenpapier bis zu Mülltüten, es war alles vorhanden. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Die Panorama-Aussicht ist der absolute Knaller und DAS Vorzeigeargument der Wohnung. Egal ob am frühen Morgen, am Nachmittag oder am Abend, auf den schönen großen Balkon die Aussicht zu genießen ist einfach nur herrlich. Auch steht der Vermieter für alle Fragen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite was überaus positiv zu bewerten ist. Die Wohnung können wir mit Guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Super saubere und komfortable Wohnung für bis zu 4 Personen

Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Wald auf der Gerlitzen Alpe kurz vor einem Skigebiet. Der Blick ins Tal kann auf einem großzügigen Balkon genossen werden. Es hat uns während unseres Aufenthaltes an nichts gefehlt. Der Vermieterkontakt war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir waren mit allem sehr zufrieden und können uns gut vorstellen wiederzukommen. Ferien auf der Kanzelhöhe

Der Urlaub war sehr schön. Die Wohnung war perfekt und gut ausgestattet mit allem was man für einen Urlaub braucht. Hinsichtlich der Kärnten-Card wäre ein Hinweis nützlich, dass die beigelegten Karten lediglich ein Werbehinweis sind.
