Lovingly restored farmhouse

The house was built in the late 17th century and extensively renovated a few years ago. During the renovation, ceiling and door paintings dating from 1780 were restored. Some hand-blown window panes have been preserved.

The house is located in what is known as the “lower village.” The location is very central. Shopping and recreational options in the village are within walking distance.

The lake is about a 10-minute walk away. Here, you can join the lakeside trail that circles the Lechstausee Urspring. In the summer, you can also explore the lake by pedal boat.

In addition to an ice rink, the village also features an adventure mini-golf course. Numerous restaurants offer a variety of cuisines.

The Judie holiday home consists of two apartments, one above the other. On the ground floor, the living room features a large tiled stove that can fill the entire house with soothing warmth. In addition to a master bedroom with a double bed, there is also a children’s bedroom with a loft bed. Adjacent to it is the bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher.

Upstairs, there is a large living room. Adjacent to it is a kitchen with a dining area. The bedroom has two single beds. The upstairs bathroom is also equipped with a shower.

In the garden, you can enjoy the sun on the spacious terrace. Parking spaces for your vehicle are available right next to the house.

The fee for final cleaning is already included in the price.

If you are travelling with dogs, a fee of 10 euros per night will be charged for each dog.

Upon request, we’ll be happy to provide a linen package for you. Each linen package contains one large and one small towel, a bed sheet, and matching bedding. If you book the linen package, you’ll also receive a shower mat and two tea towels for your stay. The linen package will be ready in your holiday rental upon arrival. You are responsible for making the beds yourself.
For each linen package, we charge 25 euros per person plus a one-time setup fee of 7.14 euros, regardless of the quantity.
Depending on the booking portal, individual portal fees may be added to these additional costs.
