We recently converted this home from a long term rental into a short term rental. We have another home on the coast that we have STR for 15 years, and we thought, given the great location of this home, we would try it here too.

This neighbor is close to everything, Kennesaw State, LakePoint Sports Complex, downtown Marietta (and Marietta Square), downtown Kennesaw, the Town Center retail area.
Also, really close to Noonday Creek Trailhead.
Also a short hop down to The Braves stadium at The Battery.

We are near the hustle and bustle of urban Atlanta, the nostalgia of the old south with towns like Marietta and Kennesaw, but located on a private lot in quiet neighborhood.
