Lovely villa in a stunning garden and setting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the villa which is spacious and well equipped. The star is the stunning garden and pool, though we also visited many of the nearby beaches. Alex was very helpful from the point that we booked, to the moment we checked out, and he also recommended some excellent restaurants. Thank you Alex. We would definitely return.

Peaceful and relaxing

Alex checked us in quickly and immediately sorted out a problem with our key, he also had some useful tips on where to eat. The villa is wonderfully isolated (if you want to live on top of other tourists then this isn’t the place for you), quiet, rural, has big views and yet also 5 mins drive to shops and Stegna beach - with lots of great restaurants and a relatively quiet beach. The position of the villa is slightly unusual (close to some commercial/light industrial units) but we never heard a peep from them. The garden is full of wildlife, my 6 year old daughter loved checking out the insect life and spotting lizards, so it’s perfect if you have a budding Gerald Durrell. The pool is a huge plus, we took a day out from the beach and had a pool and sunbed day. I caught up on my reading, there was always a part of the garden in shade to cool off in. The bedrooms are all spacious and the AC was great for ensuring a cool nights sleep. The only thing we recommended that could be added was a small electric oven, we never got round to using the wood fired oven, but other people obviously had. We’d certainly stay again and would recommend it.

Emplacement de la maison genial . Tout le matériel qu’il faut pour passer de bonne vacances . La piscine est superbe avec de l’ombre l’après midi dans tout le jardin .

Großes Haus mit grossem Grundstück

Sehr gute ruhige Lage. Riesengrundstück. Grosses Haus, welches wohl ursprünglich ein Restauranr war. Zentrale Lage auf der Insel. Alex war sogar so freundlich und hat uns unsere Flugtickets ausgedruckt.

Jolie maison spacieuse avec beaucoup d'espace pour que chacun trouve sa place.... grandes chambres... Clim très appréciable... Magnifique jardin et belle piscine... Transats à disposition... Serviettes de plages... De l'ombre dans le jardin... Propreté garantie... Nous avons eu un problème d'éclairage et Alex le propriétaire a fait ce qu'il faut pour que le lendemain le problème soit résolu.. Les bémols... Il manque des plaques de cuisson dignes de ce nom, un four et un barbecue sécurisé. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous étions 8: 4 ados et 4 adultes Myriam
