It is a 5-minute walk from the Vittoriale degli Italiani, the Botanical Garden - Andrè Heller and a 5-minute drive from the magnificent lakefront, where you can find restaurants, bars, shops, all basic necessities, free or paid beaches and the boat service, which allows you to reach all the resorts on the lake, forgetting about traffic.

The completely independent villa is on two levels and consists on the ground floor of a large living room, a fully equipped independent kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a portico equipped with table and chairs for eating outside.
Going up the external stairs you reach the second floor where there is a large living room with
balcony overlooking the lake, two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower and laundry room.

The property is completed by a private garden, private parking space, a saltwater infinity pool and a furnished roof terrace.

There is no heating or air conditioning in the villa.

FROM THE NORTH Highway A 22, exit Rovereto Sud, first follow the signs for Riva del Garda then for Salò and finally for Gardone Riviera.
FROM EAST Motorway A4, Desenzano del Garda exit, first follow signs for Salò and then for Riva del Garda.
FROM SOUTH Motorway A21 Piacenza - Brescia, near Brescia take motorway A4 (Venice-Milan), direction Venice. Exit Brescia Est. Now take the state road SS45 bis (Gardesana Occidentale) in the direction of Salò and Riva del Garda.
A22 Brennero-Modena motorway - at Verona Ovest take the A4 Venice-Milan motorway in the direction of Milan and use the Desenzano di Garda exit. Follow the signs for Salò and Riva del Garda.
