The holiday bungalow is tastefully furnished and boasts a prime location right on the boardwalk and Lubmin Beach. Next to the bungalow is a terrace where you can relax and enjoy beautiful sunsets. A complimentary parking space is provided.

The bungalow is equipped with electric heating. The costs for this will be deducted from your security deposit. Guests will receive the electricity bill 21 days after departure, along with the amount to be refunded. The electricity rate is €0.50 per kilowatt-hour.
Please read the electricity metre upon arrival and departure and make a note of the metre readings. The owner will send you a message before your arrival explaining where to report these metre readings.

The owner offers two holiday bungalows located side by side for booking.

These are the “Seepferdchen” holiday bungalow and the “Momo” holiday bungalow.

The “Momo” holiday bungalow is located directly on the first row of the beach, and the “Seepferdchen” holiday bungalow is set back slightly to the side behind it.

These two holiday bungalows are located right on the promenade and next to the long, beautiful sandy beach of Lubmin.
