The Salzburger Hof apartment building is surrounded by greenery yet still in a central location. Karlspark, with its magnificent old trees, is right next door, while the Kurgarten—with its beautiful plantings, the Gradierwerk, and the Royal Kurhaus—is about 350 metres away. The Bad Reichenhall main train station is at the other end of Mozartstraße (about 250 metres away). A full-service supermarket, a discount store, and a chemist are within 300 to 600 metres. The Schwabenbräu restaurant is about 150 m away, and the start of the pedestrian zone is about 350 m away. The apartments have been (partially) renovated in recent years. They feature a modern kitchen and, in some cases, new PVC flooring or carpeting. All apartments have a small, covered balcony (renovated in 2020) with a mountain view. Your hosts live in the building and are available to assist with any problems or questions.<br> The approximately 26 m² one-room Junior 209 apartment is located on the 2nd floor, facing southwest towards Mozartstraße (where night driving is prohibited), with a beautiful view of the Predigtstuhl, the Lattengebirge Mountains, as well as Staufen and Zwiesel. The apartment was completely renovated in 2023. It is equipped with new oak-look PVC flooring, a single bed (100 x 200 cm), a large corner desk with a flat-screen TV, a large built-in closet and chest of drawers, a chair, and a large mirror<br>. There are plenty of easily accessible electrical sockets near the bed and by the desk. The apartment has a small covered balcony. The built-in kitchen blends perfectly with the rest of the built-in furniture. It is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, oven, large refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle, coffee maker, and a basic set of pots, dishes, cutlery, etc. The bathroom is brand new and features a floor-level walk-in shower with a glass wall, a toilet, a sink with an illuminated mirror, and a large towel warmer. A hair dryer is provided.
