Great apartment

Very nice apartment. The bed is absolutely heavenly comfortable.A slight glitch in access upon arrival was corrected quickly. The neighborhood is residential and has very good coffee shops and local restaurants nearby. Apt is not airco ditioned but ventilation is excellent with windows open. Some street noise but generally peaceful.

There were many very positive points - very clean apartment, working elevator, very easy check-in, great shower with lots of hot water, good heating, very comfortable bed, quiet location, very near to grocery store and restaurants (Mochi Ramen Bar was exceptional), washing machine, and a wonderful collection of art on the walls. Some drawbacks - there were many large (A4) signs around the apartment indicating that guests were not allowed to use certain things - for example, the green refrigerator (there was another small fridge for guests, so that's fine), and most of the storage in the bedroom was marked 'private' (including the only cabinet with hangers for hanging up clothes.) It's certainly the host's right to do this, but it's not mentioned at all in the listing. Also, the apartment has a very sophisticated automation / security system, with multiple motion detectors in all areas except the bathroom / toilet. These took us a while to get used to. Also, several lamps (at bedside, and table & floor lamps) could not be used by guests since they were connected to the automation system, which guests are not told how to use. But normal overhead lights were available.

Gute Unterkunft

Da die Buchung und Zahlung von meinem Konto ging, ich aber für meine Mama gebucht hatte Ist wohl alles ganz gut gelaufen. Und wenn ich eine Unterkunft in Wien mal suchen sollte, weil selbst war ich noch nicht da, und Wien wäre schon mal interessant, würde ich mich melden ☺️
