We are a small family business here in Marblehead. First Harbor Company is a nautical knotwork decor company that is located right beneath our First Harbor Cottage.

Why they chose this property

Our family was among the first to settle in Marblehead in the 1600s. We have lived on this land since the early 1950s. Before us, our cousins owned the land for over 100 years, so you could say it has been in the family for a long time.

What makes this property unique

First Harbor Cottage was originally a railway signal box in Salem, it was later used as a marine outboard shop and then as a lobster shack, until our late grandfather finally moved it to the spot where it sits today. Over the years, it has been slowly renovated but still retains its beautiful, charming features. It now showcases some of those beautiful nautical touches and has become a spacious, light living space we are proud to share with you.
