This inviting and tastefully furnished, smoke-free holiday rental is located on the quiet outskirts of Meineringhausen, surrounded by three lakes: Edersee, Diemelsee, and Twistesee. It’s not far from Willingen, Kassel, Bad Wildungen, and Frankenberg.

Meineringhausen is the largest district of the picturesque district and Hanseatic city of Korbach, known for its historic half-timbered houses. It’s just a few minutes away by car, a quick ride by bike along the Bahnradweg bike path, or an hourly bus ride during the day.
The accommodation
The approximately 90-square-meter apartment with its own entrance is located on the ground floor, which you’ll have all to yourselves. *(If you’d like to stay with us with children—who are very welcome—we recommend sending us an enquiry. We offer discounted rates for children. Unfortunately, this can’t be automated here.)*

Two double bedrooms (one of which has a waterbed) and two single bedrooms, all with freshly made beds.

A large kitchen-living room, well-equipped with dishes, glasses, and cutlery; pots and pans; a standard filter coffee maker (we’d be happy to provide a pod machine or a Tchibo capsule machine (Cafissimo)); as well as a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven and a microwave. There’s also a cosy leather seating area. Families, couples, groups, and workers are all warmly welcome here.

In the spacious hallway, there’s a surprise cabinet filled with toys and books.
Of course, there’s also a bathroom with a shower/tub combination, complete with towels, and a separate toilet.

You can also sit outside in the garden, play, barbecue, and relax.
As a special treat for families, we have a small “fleet of toys” and a well-stocked sandpit for the kids.
A garden table with chairs and cushions, lounge chairs, and a grill are also available.
