Very central, yet quiet. Supermarkets, cinema and restaurants are within walking distance. Public transport is also right outside the door. 8 min to the airport / 20 min to the trade fair / Expo.
The apartment is modernly furnished and is located in the center of Hannover-Langenhagen. A floor-to-ceiling window front, with a view of a beautiful green area, brings a lot of light into the open-plan apartment. All windows can be completely darkened.
The apartment "the FLAT." has a small French balcony and the living area with open kitchen invites you to linger.

The 140x200 cm (55 x 79 inches) bed in the bedroom offers space for two people. One person more can sleep on the sofa (70x200cm / 28x79 inches) in the living room.

The living room has a sofa area for a cozy evening in front of the TV. Would you rather read something? Swap the sight of the TV for a beautiful moss wall. The TV is integrated into the wall and can be rotated freely between the bedroom and living room.

A spacious bathroom with rain shower and daylight thanks to integrated windows. Of course, the windows can be closed with pleated blinds to respect individual privacy.

Thanks to cleverly installed lighting, you can adjust the lighting mood of the entire apartment to your wishes from your tablet.
