There are plenty of shopping options for your daily needs in the town of Hauzenberg, as well as doctors and dentists. Attic holiday rental, 105 square metres, with 3 balconies facing east, south, and west.The holiday apartment consists of a spacious entryway, a bedroom with air conditioning, a closet, and a 200 x 200 cm bed, a TV, and an east-facing balcony with a view of the Staffelberg! Another bedroom features a 180 x 200 cm bed, TV, and a sideboard; a cosy kitchen with seating and dining area, dishwasher, electric stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, toaster, microwave, drip coffee maker, and other kitchen appliances; and a balcony facing south. The living room features a sofa bed, TV, and a large table. From the living room balcony, you can enjoy the magnificent view of the “Granite City.” The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower, and toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a clothes rack. Free Wi-Fi. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Check-out is due by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided free of charge upon request. The visitor’s tax of 0.60 EUR per adult, 0.40 EUR for children ages 6–16, and free for children under 6 will be charged additionally on-site. Included in the base price: towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, parking, and final cleaning. Payment is due on-site in cash. A deposit of 25% may be charged after booking.
