The vacation apartment "Mit Balkon" is located in Bad Wildbad in the Calmbach district and creates an inviting and cozy setting for your stay with a view of nature. The apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a guest WC and offers space for 4 people. WLAN, two TVs, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, either with pods or filter coffee A high chair is available, a baby crib can be provided for a fee. This apartment has a beautiful, large, furnished, sunny balcony which invites you to relax at any time. A parking lot at the house is free of charge for our guests.
The accommodation is an 8-minute walk from the S-Bahn station line 6. In the immediate vicinity there are supermarkets, bakeries, a pharmacy and a drugstore and the Waldfreibad. A free parking lot is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. A child up to 2 years old can share a bed with the parents and is welcome free of charge. 1 dog per apartment is allowed (for a fee).
Smoking and parties are not permitted. Guests are requested to respect the quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 10 pm to 7 am). Towels and bed linen can be provided (for a fee). The accommodation has a stepless indoor area. If required, your bicycle or motorcycle can be safely parked in the garage.
