More basic than expected

I didn't see any reviews of the property prior to renting it. Therefore, I relied totally on the manger's description and the pictures. The biggest positive was that the unit was clean and reasonably well located. If you are content with nothing special, this is a fine apartment. My concerns: 1. The bathroom is tiny. 2. The furnishings seemed low quality. 3. If anyone were to sleep on the couch in the living room, the curtains are totally inadequate to keep out light. 4. The bed was uncomfortable. 5. Communication with the property manger was completely impersonal and included no follow up. My wife was going to join me after a couple of days, but I ended up leaving and finding different accommodations.
