The 50-square-meter apartment overlooks a very quiet and spacious inner courtyard with a view of an old brick building that you can enjoy from our balcony. Starting now, we also have a GUEST PARKING SPOT in the courtyard (which makes us especially happy, since Vienna has just about everything—except parking spots!) The parking fee is 15 euros per day.<br><br>Our centrally located apartment in Vienna is a hidden gem, perfect for a romantic city getaway for two as well as for a business trip (office, printer, and Wi-Fi available). In your home away from home in Vienna, you’ll be staying in Alt-Margareten, one of the trendiest parts of Vienna right now. Your hostess, Nina, will give you a warm welcome and make sure you enjoy your stay. She can also help you book tickets for a concert or other event.<br><br>The holiday rental is a 50-square-meter apartment—much larger than a typical hotel room—and ideal for two people. The apartment is furnished with new, modern furniture and includes a TV, free wireless Internet access, a dishwasher, an oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, heating, a toaster, and much more—everything you could possibly need, plus a few things you didn’t even know you needed but will be pleasantly surprised to find here. :) We can also offer you a private parking spot in the courtyard (for 15 euros per day). <br><br>First of all, there’s a “souvenir box”—artistic and authentic, filled by Nina with carefully selected little items made by local artists and designers. Plus, there are photos by young local artists, which you can, if you’d like, take off the wall and pack in your suitcase when you leave.<br><br>There are city maps and a booklet put together for you by Nina that includes her personal recommendations for bars, restaurants, and shops in this area. It’s called Margareten, and it’s no exaggeration to say that it’s currently the most vibrant and dynamic area in Vienna—very trendy, teeming with small designer boutiques and cafés, as well as traditional Viennese pubs (“Beisl”) and guesthouses. The famous “Naschmarkt” and the Old Town are just a 10-minute walk away.
