Everything was great. Nina gave us so much great information. The location was walkable to most everything. The apartment was so cute and just as the pictures made it look. The treats left for us were such a nice welcome.

The property was easy to get to lots of local eateries & a supermarket very close was handy.The apartment itself was lovely & we would highly recomend using uber if needed as the taxi from the train station to the apartment charges 30 euro too much

Charming apartment in authentic Viennese neighborhood

The apartment was lovely and stocked with amenities. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby. Fast and easy communication with the host. We had a fantastic stay.

A wonderful welcome by Nina with a homemade cake and lots of tips for our stay.

The apartment had a wonderful lay out with a separate bedroom, great kitchen and eating space. Especially loved the balcony. We loved that it was in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from all the main site.

The host Nina was very welcoming and extremely well organized. We were very reassured that she met us in person and went over all the details with us. The apartment was charming, very well equipped, clean and comfy; wonderful for two people. The location was excellent and we were able to access all the museums, restaurant, churches and other venues easily on foot. Just a 5 minute stroll to the Nachtmark. The neighbourhood had a fun feel to it- casual and full of wonderful bars and cafés. Danke schön, Nina. We have no hesitation in recommending your sweet place to others.

Stop Looking, Stay Here

We loved this charming apartment and extremely helpful host! It has everything you need and very comfortable. Because we don't speak German we were so thankful that our host provided us with all the information we needed. She let us check in early because we arrived on an overnight flight from the states. It was a perfect stay....5-stars in every way.

Fantastic appartment

What a lovely appartment, it was liike an quiet oasis within lively Vienna. Nina is a superhost and makes you feel very welcome. And great to have a balcony, esp. because it was warm in Vienna. Within walkingdistance of the towncentre and lovely restaurants. The underground parking within 5 min walk of the appartment was also very good. We would love to come back!

It feels like home.

A traditional cake and wafer chocolates to greet new guests after a long trip were very welcomed. It is the small touches that made this place a home. The balcony with lights and plants; books of recommendations to restaurants within two blocks and the owner greeting us were great touches. The decor is airy and comfortable with accents of Vienna. It was very quiet location that gives a weary traveller time to regroup and get ready for the next day of sightseeing. Would highly recommend this place and we would easily stay here again the next time to Vienna.

Lovely spot in Vienna

The apartment actually exceeded my expectations. The layout is great with a cute little balcony, and it is set back from the street in a secluded location that offers a peaceful and quiet setting. There are lots of nice restaurants in the area and it is close to bus and metro service so everywhere in Vienna is within easy reach. My only regret is that I can't read German because it is loaded with texts of Austrian authors, along with some nice original art, and other special touches.

Good days in Vienna

Dear Nina, we have travelled quite a lot around Europe but have never enjoyed ourselves as much as this week in Vienna. The athmosphere of the apartment and the locality was excellent and there are so many great places to go it was so hard to choose. Your tips and suggestions were top class and Margaretenstrasse must be one of the best places to live in Vienna. Thanks so much, we look forward to telling our friends to come to this amazing, friendly apartment in this beautiful cultural city. Perfect Stay in a Spotless, Central Location!

We recently stayed at this vacation rental and it exceeded all our expectations! The place was very clean and well-maintained, just as the pictures showed. Its central location was fantastic, with easy access to shops, the train station, market, and various tourist attractions. The host Nina was extremely nice and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. She provided helpful recommendations and was always available to answer our questions. My wife is gluten intolerant and Nina gave us some great restaurants to go to. The flat is close to a grocery store, pharmacy and cafes, and was very quiet even though we were right in the centre of Vienna. Overall, this rental was a perfect choice for our trip, offering both convenience and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located place to stay!

Truly Home-Away-From-Home

First, Nina is amazing. Friendly, funny, incredibly knowledgeable & helpful. The apartment is spotlessly clean. Every detail has been addressed. Even cream for coffee. Water pressure is excellent. Bathtub is great. Bed is sooo comfortable. And quiet!!! Slept as well as I ever have … odd for strange surroundings. Great location, lots of services nearby. I have used VRBO for 20 years, well over 30 rentals. Only one other place comes close. This is head and shoulders above all else. Thank you Nina!!!

Besser geht’s nicht

Wie der Titel schon sagt- besser geht’s nicht. Sehr gute Kommunikation, blitzsaubere Wohnung, ein „Wiener Zuhause“ mit liebevollen Kleinigkeiten, die das Leben einfach und leicht machen. Ob ein Kuchen zur Begrüßung, banale Dinge wie Spülmaschinentabs oder Kaffee, eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin haben unseren Wien Aufenthalt versüßt. Wir kommen wieder!

einladend und in guter Lage

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen, diese ist sehr gemütlich mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Sie liegt zentral und mit Öffis gut erreichbar, ist aber trotzdem sehr ruhig. Der Kontakt war immer sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend.

Super verblijf in Wenen

Ons verblijf was voortreffelijk. Een mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien op goede plek in Wenen. Je staat zo middenin de stad maar in het appartement is het heerlijk stil. De eigenaresse is een super vriendelijke gastvrije vrouw. Mijn complimenten aan haar.

Ruhige, sehr zentral gelegene und perfekt aush´gestattete Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung von Frau Wildzeisz im Quartier St. Margarethen verbracht. Die shr saubere, helle und freundliche Ferienwohnung mit einem gemütlichen Balkon liegt im Hinterhof und ist deshalb trotz der zentralen Lage sehr ruhig. Die Betten sind perfekt. Die Verkehrsanbindung mit zwei Buslinien direkt vor der Haustür und der U 4 in fußläufiger Nähe ist optimal. Der Naschmarkt ist zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Das umliegende Qaurtier bietet in unmittelbarer Nähe alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und zahlreiche hervorragende Restaurants. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im zweiten OG und verfügt über einen Aufzug. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet und verfügt über ein "Starterset" mit Wein (rot und weiß), anderen Getränken, Tee, Kaffee und Gewürzen. Hervorzuheben ist der umfangreiche Bücherbestand mit zahlreichen auch aktuellen Romanen und diversen Reiseführern zu Wien. Die Gastgeberin hat etliche Tipps zu Museen, Lokalen und Sehenswürdigkeiten übersichtlich in Mappen zusammengetragen. Wir wurden von ihr persönlich empfangen und haben zahlreiche Tipps für unseren Wien-Aufenthalt bekommen.

Es war wie nach Hause kommen, so fein!

Wir waren eine Woche dort. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war verbindlich und freundlich, wir wurden persönlich in der Wohnung empfangen. Die Wohnung ist ruhig in einem Hinterhof, der nette, kleine und mit Pflanzen bestückte Balkon zur Frühstückszeit sonnenbeschienen. In der Küche fehlte es an nichts, alles tiptop sauber und wie die gesamte Wohnung mit äußerst viel Liebe zum Detail ausgesucht.Sogar der Schreibtisch ist mit nützlichen Dingen bestückt. Es gibt einfach nichts Negatives zu berichten, rundum eine feine Wohnung!

Eine schöne und ruhige Wohnung mitten in Wien

Alles lief wunderbar. Vom ersten Kontakt bis zum Abschied. Mailanfragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und gewährt schätzt. Die Wohnung war wunderbar. Um alle Bücher zu lesen müssen wir aber noch öfters kommen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Kein Lärm. In den Unterlagen vor Ort gab es viele gute Empfehlungen, die wir auch nutzten. Alles Positiv. :-)
