The completely renovated apartment is situated right on the water with a lake view and a terrace, and is comfortably and modernly equipped with a kitchenette, shower/toilet, wood-burning stove, TV, and radio. A washing machine is available for all holiday apartments for a fee. The sauna can be used for a fee. A motorboat (no licence required) is available for a fee. A rowing boat is available for free use. A barbecue area is at your disposal. Bed linens and towels are included. A travel cot and a high chair can be provided upon request. There are good shopping opportunities in the town of Usedom, approximately 5 km away. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (or by telephone arrangement); check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Boat trips and water skiing are available for a small fee. Motorboats are available for rent. Rowing boats are provided free of charge. The area offers ideal opportunities for anglers and water sports enthusiasts. The completely renovated apartments are located directly on the water in the small village of Kölpin.
