Sneak away to this pied-à-terre in the heart of downtown Baton Rouge. This third-floor loft has an extra-large bedroom and a separate living area with plenty of space to bring air mattresses for extra guests. With a dining table and a couch large enough for 6 each, there is plenty of space to bring your crew to stay for LSU events, which is a 7-minute ride, or for football games riding a free shuttle. This rental has a private dedicated entrance to the second floor, where the kitchenette and two private half baths are located. A staircase leads to the private, lockable loft on the third floor, with two rooms and a separate partial bath with a sink and shower (toilets are on the second floor). A private parking lot with space for at least two vehicles is provided near the private entrance. The space is a short walk from Raising Cane's River Center, USS Kidd, the Old State Capitol, Anytime Fitness, and many options from casual to fine dining, as well as Baton Rouge nightlife.
