Traumhaft

Die Wohnungen und die Vermieterin sind der absolute Hammer und haben mehr als 5 Sterne verdient. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Sauberkeit und Funktionalität bis ins kleinste Detail. Die zentrale Lage in einem ruhigen Stadtteil ist sehr gut geeignet um Augsburg zu Fuß zu erkunden. Der Sonnenuntergang auf der Dachterrasse ermöglicht einen entspannten Tagesabschluss. Vielen Dank, dass wir bei euch sein durften.

Viel Schein- wenig Sein

Die Wohnung sieht zwar nett aus, hat aber einige Mängel. Heizung wurde nicht warm, mussten diese während unseres Aufenthaltes 3 mal entlüften. Neben diesem noch verkraftbaren Zustand, ist die Beschreibung schlichtweg falsch! Entgegen der Angaben gibt es nicht 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer, sondern nur 1 Schlafzimmer und 1 Wohnzimmer. Diese irreführende Beschreibung führte dazu dass wir diese Wohnung buchten. Beschwerde bei Fewo ist raus- schade dass man bei dieser Wohnung betrogen wird.
