Why they chose this property

I’m a longtime lover of the outdoors, nature, and all the things that make the Capital Region and Adirondacks such a special place to live and visit. One of my favorite things is walking my dog, Georgie, at Moreau Lake State Park and enjoying the beautiful trails and scenery.

I love exploring the area, from spending a day at one of our beautiful Adirondack lakes to visiting local vineyards like Fossil Stone Farms. We’re part of the Upper Hudson Valley wine region, with several wonderful wineries to discover.

One of my favorite day trips is Schroon Lake, where we love to camp, fish, and explore the village—just about 45 minutes away.

I’m excited to share Rosewood House and hope you’ll enjoy this beautiful area as much as I do!

What makes this property unique

Rosewood House offers the best of both worlds—a peaceful, private setting surrounded by woods and nature, while still being just minutes from Saratoga Springs and an easy drive to Lake George and the Adirondacks.

With a cozy, comfortable feel, a large yard, outdoor fire pit, and plenty of space to relax, it’s a wonderful place to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether you’re here for fall foliage, Saratoga, lake adventures, or simply a quiet getaway, Rosewood House makes a great home base.
