Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Put on the Cowboy Pool Cover for next guest.
Place the lounge chair cushions into the outdoor storage box
Place used towels on the floor next to the washer machine
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Towels: Pool towels are provided for outdoor/pool use. Please do not use indoor bath towels at the cowboy pool.
Quiet hours: Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum, especially during quiet hours.
Late checkout without prior approval: $50 per hour

We had a great stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our group. The backyard was definitely our favorite part. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the deck and really enjoyed the cowboy pool and fire pit.The location was also really convenient. It was easy to get to South Congress, Zilker, downtown, and everything else we wanted to do while we were in Austin.Check-in was simple, and Tommy was very responsive whenever we had a question. The house had everything we needed and we felt right at home during our stay.Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Austin!

The neighborhood feels relaxed and residential while still being just minutes from South Congress, Zilker Park, Downtown Austin, great restaurants, live music, and many of the city’s favorite attractions. The airport is also conveniently nearby, making it an easy home base for exploring Austin.
