Completely renovated in autumn 2023, the 45 m² accommodation has everything you need for your holiday. It consists of a spacious living room with fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. In consultation with the host, a 3rd person can sleep on the sofa in the living room. Facilities include high-speed WLAN, a TV and a hi-fi system with Bluetooth connection for your mobile music player. A game collection with 300 games is also available. Children are very welcome.

The apartment has a private balcony for your evening relaxation with a view of the garden and wonderful sunsets.

Public transport is within walking distance. The accommodation is located in a rural area but close to the Documenta city of Kassel with many museums and attractions.
