Ferienwohnung Zentral Gelegen

From our centrally located yet quiet holiday apartment, you can reach the train station and the (Old) Town in just a few minutes on foot.

The A66 highway entrance is less than three minutes away. Thanks to its location (right in the middle between Frankfurt and Fulda), Wächtersbach offers an ideal starting point for exploring the Vogelsberg and Spessart regions (or for a shopping trip to Frankfurt—but note: it takes about 45 minutes to an hour by train).

Our basement/souterrain apartment or guest unit for up to 2 people features the following amenities:
• a large living/sleeping area with
- a couch,
- a height-adjustable coffee table,
- a bed (1.40 x 2.00 m; bed linens provided),
- corner closet for hanging and folding clothes,
- satellite TV and a DVD player
• a newly renovated kitchen with
- dishwasher,
- stove and oven,
- refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and
- standard appliances such as a microwave, electric kettle, toaster, and a capsule coffee machine
• Bathroom with
- washer-dryer (combo unit),
- shower,
- hand and bath towels, as well as
- a hair dryer

Our holiday rental is equipped with everything you might need for a long or short stay.

The photos give a very good first impression.

All rooms have natural light.

The apartment is separate from the rest of the house and has its own entrance. This is accessed via a staircase with about 15 steps and a handrail. A certain level of physical fitness is recommended, as the apartment is not equipped to accommodate the elderly or people with disabilities.

Free internet/Wi-Fi is also available.

Your car has its own parking space on the property. If needed, a vehicle or caravan can be parked in a fenced, lockable area (uncovered).

Our holiday rental is a smoke-free area. You are welcome to smoke outside the door; an ashtray is, of course, provided. Children and pets are not permitted.

For longer stays (>7 days), please handle interim cleaning yourself. Upon departure, please wash and put away the used dishes and sort the trash into the appropriate bins. The apartment must be returned in the same condition as it was found at check-in.

Check-in is between 18:00 - 20:00, and earlier times are possible on weekends by arrangement.
Please have your ID card or passport ready at check-in (in accordance with the Federal Registration Act; data is documented only in case of an audit).

Check-out is by 12:00 p.m., and later check-outs are possible by arrangement (!).
