Located in picturesque Unterschönau, the detached Haus Waldberg offers the perfect escape from everyday life. Nestled at the foot of a mountain and right next to a babbling brook, this home sits at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. From the garden, you can walk straight into the forest. Despite the peaceful setting, you remain easily accessible: the road to the village and the famous Oberhof is on the other side of the house, smartly separated by the side garden, the stream, and a walking path.



Comfort for Large Groups (up to 10 guests)

The spacious house spans three floors and is fully equipped for family or group stays. Relax together in the inviting living room, and enjoy five comfortable bedrooms, a full bathroom, and an additional ensuite shower in one bedroom. A baby cot is available for the youngest guests.

Für 10 Personen ist das Haus nicht ausgelegt, Wir waren 8 Personen. Keine Handtuchhalter um die Handtücher zu trocknen. Nur ein Badezimmern, die andere Dusche war in einem der Zimmern untergebracht. Die Bäder waren sehr schön. Die Küche war auch super geräumig allerdings sehr schmutzig was den Backofen betrifft. Das Haus liegt an einer Hauptstraße war beim Reiseanbieter nicht zu erkennen war.Die Umgebung war schön.

Zu einigen Punkten möchten wir gerne Stellung nehmen: **Handtücher trocknen**: Im Hauswirtschaftsraum stehen zwei Wäscheständer bereit. Wir werden dies in Zukunft in unseren Anreiseinformationen besser kommunizieren. **Backofen**: Es tut uns leid, dass der Backofen bei Ihrer Ankunft nicht sauber war. Das entspricht nicht unserem Standard, und wir haben dies umgehend an unser Reinigungsteam weitergegeben. **Badezimmer**: Das Haus verfügt über ein vollständiges Badezimmer sowie eine Ensuite-Dusche in einem der Schlafzimmer. Wir werden dies in unserer Beschreibung noch klarer darstellen. **Lage**: Das Haus liegt am Ende einer ruhigen Sackgasse, direkt an Wald und Bach. Die Durchgangsstraße befindet sich auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite, getrennt durch Garten, Bach und Gehweg. Wir wünschen Ihnen alles Gute und danken Ihnen nochmals für Ihr Feedback! Super schöne Familienzeit in einem wunderschönen Haus verbracht!

Pros: Das Haus ist wunderbar groß und perfekt für unser Familientreffen gewesen. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum spielen, egal ob drinnen oder draußen. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und der Check-in lief reibungslos und sehr nett. Auch wurde auf Fragen sehr freundlich zeitnah geantwortet und geholfen. Es war alles da was man braucht und super sauber. Besser gehts eigentlich nicht :-) In der Umgebung gibt es viele Möglichkeiten das schöne Thüringen zu erkunden und gerade für Familien wird viel geboten. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen und möchten uns herzlich bedanken :-) Cons: kleine Verbesserungsidee: mehr Haken im Badezimmer für Handtücher
