A warm welcome to our holiday home, ZingstZeit!
The name says it all—ZingstZeit—time for yourself: Step inside and feel right at home—bright, light-filled rooms and attractive, stylish furnishings. Our home is located in a quiet area yet right in the heart of Zingst. The house is bright and modernly furnished; unique artwork and accessories create a harmonious overall atmosphere. A small selection of books, various entertainment devices, and games ensure cosy moments by the crackling fireplace or in the secluded, idyllic garden with a terrace and play areas for children.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the south-facing living area with a light-filled Darß veranda and an open, high-quality, fully equipped kitchen featuring an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and fridge-freezer. The amenities are rounded out by a spacious dining area, a cosy leather sofa, a wood-burning stove with a viewing window, a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, a CD radio, and free Wi-Fi for internet access.
The entire ground floor features light-colored tile flooring. The hallway on the ground floor is equipped with a shoe cabinet. Both bathrooms feature a walk-in shower and toilet; the bathroom on the upper floor also has an additional sauna.
A solid wood staircase leads to the upper floor. Here you’ll find the master bedroom with a box-spring bed (1.8 x 2.00 m), a flat-screen TV with satellite connection, and a walk-in closet with a safe. The second bedroom features two single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m). The single beds have under-bed storage that can be used for suitcases and other items. Nightstands, a coat rack, and a chest of drawers complete the furnishings. All bedrooms have blackout curtains and vinyl flooring. An open staircase leads up to the attic. Here you’ll find additional sleeping space for two people on the pull-out sofa bed (ideal for children).

Upon request, you can book a breakfast service through our partner for an additional fee and have delicious breakfast boxes conveniently delivered right to your holiday rental.
The beautiful white-sand beach and the Bodden are about a 7-minute walk away, while shopping and restaurants are about a 3-minute walk away.

Notes:
You can either bring your own bed linens and towels or rent them upon request for €28.00 per person.
In addition, the standard local visitor’s tax applies. A refundable security deposit of €100.00 for the house must be paid along with the final payment.
