The Gerda holiday home is located near the centre of the quiet resort town of Arnbruck.In. In Arnbruck itself, there are several restaurants, a supermarket with a bakery and butcher shop, a bakery, a Kneipp facility, the WEINFURTNER glass village, playgrounds, a swimming pool, a speciality schnapps shop, several farm stands, and a doctor’s office. Many of these are within easy walking distance. The apartment has its own parking space right next to the house. Our beautiful 4-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the Gerda building. It can accommodate up to 6 adults. Please note the low ceilings, which give the apartment a cosy feel without making it feel oppressive or cramped. (- Lowest point: ceiling in the shower approx. 1.95 m -). The apartment is child-friendly and equipped with: a high chair, a portable cot, a step stool, outlet covers for the lower outlets (in all rooms), and toys.Here’s what the holiday rental looks like: From the dining area, you have direct access to the small terrace and the shared garden. You’re welcome to grill here, as the apartment has its own grill. The well-equipped kitchen (with a refrigerator including a freezer compartment, oven, toaster, Senseo coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and much more) is perfect for cooking. There is a double bed (1.80 m) in the spacious “Bedroom 1” and two 90-cm beds in “Bedroom 2,” which are pushed together. The living room has a pull-out couch that provides a sleeping surface of approximately 138 cm. The fourth room in the apartment can be used by children as a playroom, as a quiet retreat, as additional storage space for items such as clothing and luggage, or as a bedroom for an extra guest. The couch in this room can also be quickly and easily converted into a sleeper couch, providing a sleeping surface of 120 cm. A deposit of 20% is due immediately after booking, but no later than 30 days before arrival. The total price must be paid by bank transfer no later than two weeks before arrival. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. One day before arrival, you will receive the code for the key box. Please understand that pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the apartment. The base price includes bed linens, towels, Wi-Fi, a parking space, and final cleaning. In Arnbruck and the Zellertal valley, every guest (children ages 6 and up) must pay a visitor’s tax (1.65 EUR per person per day or 0.80 EUR per child per day) and a bed tax; in return, guests receive a guest card offering discounts. These costs are also included in our base rate! Both a travel cot and a high chair are available in the apartment and can be used free of charge.
