Welcome to this modern holiday home in a scenic location by Stenshuvud National Park in Österlen.

The home is furnished on two levels. Lower floor contains kitchen/living room, toilet shower and two bedrooms. The upper floor consists of two bedrooms and a toilet. There is a large garden with patios and barbecue.

From here it is walking distance to cafes, restaurants and hiking trails. Stenhuvud National Park is only a stone's throw from the house.
At a distance of 4 km you will find a grocery store and more restaurants in Kivik. A fantastic golf course is 6 km away and more shops and Systembolaget are 16 km away in Simrishamn.

It is about 1 km to the sea with perhaps Sweden's most beautiful sandy beach. Within a 2-3 mile radius, you can enjoy Brösarp's backar and Österlen's undulating landscape. A string of small fishing villages stretches from Vitemölla in the north to Kåseberga in the south. Several nice swimming beaches are also found along this stretch. At Kåseberga, about 3 miles from us, there is Ale Stenar, which is a well-known tourist destination. Annually recurring activities are Konstrundan during Easter week, Kivik's market in July and the Apple market in September.
