The villa has five tastefully decorated bedrooms that ensure maximum comfort. Two spacious bathrooms are available to meet the needs of our guests. The breathtaking 28 m² pool invites you to relax and enjoy the warm rays of sunshine. From the spacious terrace and upper bedrooms, our guests can enjoy beautiful views of the sparkling sea, creating an unparalleled atmosphere at sunrise and sunset. Our property is divided into two separate, fully equipped apartments, each with its own external entrance. This maximizes flexibility for our guests while maintaining privacy. The owners live in the other half of the holiday home. The location of the villa, just 500 m from the beach, makes it the ideal choice for anyone who values the proximity to the sea and the liveliness of the coast. With a combination of modern comfort and traditional charm, our villa in Novi Vinodolski offers the perfect setting for an unforgettable holiday on the Croatian Adriatic coast.
