House Herceg, a newly renovated holiday home with a pool, is situated in the village of Valica, just 2 km away from the pebble beach in Kanegra, one of the most beautiful bays on the western coast of Istria.House Herceg offers an ideal location for a relaxing vacation, being only 6 km away from Crveni Vrh, 7 km from the westernmost point of Istria, Savudrija, and 5 km from the town of Umag, where you can find beautiful beaches and a variety of hospitality and recreational facilities.On the fenced property, guests have access to a 42 m² pool, comfortable sun loungers, multiple parking spaces, and a summer kitchen of closed type with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table, a sofa, a fireplace, and a bathroom.House Herceg can accommodate up to 8 people. It consists of a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen and dining area, four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a separate toilet, and a spacious terrace with comfortable seating. It is important to note that there is a separate, unrented apartment on the first floor of the house, ensuring complete privacy for guests at House Herceg.Here, you will find the perfect place to relax and enjoy privacy, comfort, and the beauty of the western coast of Istria.Groups of young people under the age of 26 are not allowed.
