✹ GENERAL: The second floor above the garage is rented to a tenant whom you will share the driveway with. They have a separate entrance and separate yard with no access to the main house, the spaces are completely private and separate. You have full access to the main home and any open areas.

✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, Laundry detergent, and dishwasher tabs.

✹ PARKING: Available on the right-hand side of the driveway in 2 tandem spaces, or anywhere on the street.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. Before check-in, you will receive a personalized code.

✹ POOL: Solar pool heating is available on sunny days. Please no trash or pool floaties with glitter. Leftover intentional trash or glitter found in the pool will lead to a $100 charge for emergency filter cleaning. The pool sweeper must be kept in the pool. Please do not put small items in the pool as they can be caught inside the suction hose and you will be liable for damages to pool equipment.
(The pool starts at 3-4 feet then goes to about 8-10 feet in the deepest end)

✹ No parties allowed. Parties will be charged a fine of $500 on top of your booking fee and you will be asked to leave immediately- zero tolerance.

✹ No outdoor music after 10 pm. No loud noise at any time. Quiet time is from 9 pm-7 am. The property has outdoor noise monitoring detection and you will be alerted if this goes off at any time. No speakers with bass are allowed. Please respect our neighbors!

✹ GUESTS: The base rate covers up to 6 guests. Any additional overnight guests must be disclosed in advance and are subject to a fee of $50 per guest, per day. Undisclosed overnight guests are not allowed.

✹ Rental Agreement Required: All guests are required to review and sign the rental agreement prior to check-in. Please read the agreement carefully, as it contains important house rules, policies, and the security deposit amount and terms. By signing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in the agreement.

✹ SECURITY DEPOSIT: A refundable deposit held to cover any accidental damage or missing items during your stay. It will be returned after checkout if there are no damages or missing items.

✹ PROPANE: A propane tank for the BBQ grill is provided, please refill it at your discretion.

✹ Cameras: Located on the exterior of the home for your security. This is used to monitor when the house is vacant.

✹ IMPORTANT NOTE: Please note that this unit is in a residential area. Although it's typically a quiet environment, it's quite normal to hear occasional sounds from neighbors.
