This exceptionally spacious and comfortable 130 m² suite is located on the first floor of a magnificent Art Nouveau villa (built in 1901).

It offers the ideal setting for 6 adults and can accommodate up to 8 people.

The entire suite radiates the thematic flair of the four seasons – perfectly in keeping with the house's name!

Living & Enjoying (Spring Theme):

The bright, open-plan living and dining area is the heart of the suite. In the spring-themed ambiance (50 m²), you can relax in the comfortable seating area and enjoy the warmth of the electric fireplace.

A 55-inch Smart TV and the Bose sound system guarantee top-notch entertainment.

Sleep and Bath Oasis (3/3):

The suite features three stylish themed bedrooms (each with a 180 x 200 cm box-spring bed): "Summer," "Autumn," and "Winter."

The real highlight:

There are three large bathrooms!

In the "Autumn" bedroom, you can relax in the bathtub while gazing through the window directly into the treetops of the forest.

The other two bathrooms are equipped with showers.

Kitchen & Barbecue:

The open-plan kitchen is a modern masterpiece, fully equipped with a high-quality Siemens combination oven with an integrated microwave.

Your Private Outdoor Area:

Tolle geräumige Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, tolle ruhige Lage. 18 % Steigung sind dorthin zu überwinden, Sport macht man also automatisch ;-) Wir kommen gerne wieder!
