About this property
Holiday Home 'Dein Hausboot Wilma In Hamburg' with Private Terrace and Wi-Fi
Experience the special feeling of living directly on and by the water and rent our houseboat WILMA! On the Diamantgraben, a short branch of the Elbe. Let yourself be rocked to sleep by gentle waves, sunbathe on deck, enjoy the view, dare to jump into the water and feel the freedom on board our houseboat. 28 square meters of interior space offer enough room to enjoy a relaxing break from everyday life. Bathroom and kitchenette are available, WLAN is free of charge and pets are welcome.
Entering through the front door, you first step into the bathroom with a small water closet and full-size shower. From there you enter the main room with a bed (1.40 m wide, comfortable mattress), kitchenette and dining table.
The kitchenette with 2-ring gas hob, sink and small fridge has everything you need for simple cooking, and you can often watch ducks swimming past through the window. Pots, crockery and cutlery are provided.
The main room can be separated from the front room, the "living room", by a simple sliding door. The sofa bed (1.20 m wide) is located there and floor-to-ceiling windows all around offer a beautiful view over the water on one side.
The adjoining small terrace invites you to have breakfast, drink coffee and relax, especially when the weather is nice. You can gently rock back and forth in a hanging chair.
In addition to the bathroom on board, there is another bathroom on land, about 40 m from the houseboat, which you can also use.
In the courtyard, across which you walk to the jetty with the boats, high-quality houseboats are built by hand from wood and according to ecological standards. You will often meet carpenters and people with an affinity for boats on the site. You don't have to talk to anyone, but if you want to, you can quickly strike up a conversation. Sometimes you can hear construction noise. The surroundings are very green, but it is still Hamburg; there is a railroad bridge nearby, which you can hear more or less strongly depending on the direction of the wind. (Most people don't mind the noise).
