With a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of space to unwind, Hamilton Villa is a welcoming base for your Chattanooga stay.



The Space:

Our Favorite Things About Hamilton Villa

Two back decks overlook the city, with a charcoal grill on one and a gas fire pit on the other. High-speed wireless internet is available throughout the home. The living room has a 60-inch smart TV, and the downstairs primary bedroom also has a smart TV. Use your own accounts to enjoy streaming apps such as Netflix, HBO, and Prime Video; cable is not provided.



Home Layout

Natural light fills the spacious, open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area, with city views through the large windows. The living room sofa converts into a queen bed. The kitchen is stocked with dishes, glasses, cookware, and essentials for preparing meals. A drip coffee maker and a starter supply of Folgers ground coffee are provided.



Near the stairs, the first bedroom has a queen bed and an attached full bathroom. Downstairs are two additional bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and the laundry area. The primary bedroom has a king bed and a private bathroom with a glass-tiled shower, double vanity, and walk-in closet. A door from this bedroom leads to the lower patio and gas fire pit. The third bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and a full bathroom down the hall.



Parking

The driveway accommodates up to three large vehicles or four smaller vehicles. Please do not park on the street or block the road.



Nearby Shops & Dining

Frazier Avenue is about a half-mile from the home, approximately an 8-minute walk, with North Shore restaurants and shopping nearby.



Guest Access:

Guests have full private access to the entire home during their stay.

Hamilton Villa is in Chattanooga’s North Shore, close to the restaurants and shops along Frazier Avenue. Enjoy a neighborhood setting with city views and a convenient base for exploring the North Shore and downtown Chattanooga across the river.



Getting Around:

We recommend a vehicle to get to and from the home and explore all our city has to offer. Frazier Avenue and North Shore shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Uber and Lyft also serve this location.
